Keaton is a proud Kansas City native who grew up playing basketball and baseball at a young age. At the recommendation of a friend in middle school, Keaton joined the cross country team and fell in love with endurance sports. He has grown to appreciate the physical and mental challenge of pushing himself towards goals that seem just out of reach for the sheer enjoyment of seeing if it’s possible. From marathons to a half ironman, Keaton spent his collegiate years recreationally playing in the endurance sandbox.
During his last 3 semesters studying kinesiology and business, Keaton found a part time job working the front desk at K-State CrossFit. After some prodding from his friends who coached there and some help on how to move a barbell, he agreed to participate in the 2018 CrossFit Open. Since then he has dived deep into the rabbit hole of becoming a “hybrid” athlete. For many years, the scientific community bought into the idea that you could excel at being strong and fast OR be able to withstand hours of low intensity work—but not do both effectively. Since then, the narrative has changed and science begins to challenge that idea… maybe you CAN have both. CrossFit is the perfect introduction to testing yourself across a wide range of modalities while also guarding yourself against injury.
Keaton loves the community above all else, and the opportunity to touch someone’s life in a positive way is not a responsibility that he takes lightly. He loves pushing people to try new things—even things they once thought they wouldn’t like. The mind has a unique power that few (if any) people truly understand… our attitude and thought processes impact our performance in everything in life. A positive community of people pushing each other day in and day out will often lead to progress once thought impossible. Keaton has a consistent desire to learn and grow, and challenges others to do the same—if you can conquer your mind, you WILL conquer your body and you WILL conquer your life.

Maegan was raised in Colorado, attended Erie High School, and participated in track growing up. Aside from running, she took a huge interest in music, specifically singing. Maegan pursued her passions of music in college as she attended the University of Colorado Boulder College of Music for vocal performance, music education, and entrepreneurship. When COVID took things for a turn in school, Maegan decided to pursue a full time career with Nike where she is currently a part of their leadership team.
Maegan was introduced to CrossFit by her former coworker and Reach4it Crossfit coach, Kassie. She fell in love with CrossFit as it brought a new element into her life that helped her grow and develop herself physically and mentally. Overtime, being involved with the CrossFit community peaked Maegan’s interest in coaching. She decided it was time to get her CF-L1 so she could guide people in the community to their goals like she has through the sport.
Outside of her full time job, you can typically find Maegan in the gym, volunteering at church, or outdoors adventuring with her boyfriend, Michael, and their dog, Bruno. Maegan loves to spend time with her family and building connections within the CrossFit community and her church. Maegan’s goal as a coach is to inspire other through fitness and build community and genuine relationships. She is so excited to be a part of the Reach4it coaching squad, and for the adventure to come.

Joe grew up in New Jersey and played baseball and soccer as a kid. He met his wife Jen in high school and they've been together ever since. After college, he spent a few years playing fairly competitive flag football, keeping his competitive streak alive. After moving 8 times in 9 years all across the country, they finally fell in love with Denver and settled here in 2018. Today, they live in Broomfield with their 2 kids and dog, Daenerys.
Joe found CrossFit in 2013 at the prodding of two close friends (the same close friends that introduced him to Colorado) and was quickly hooked. As an athlete who was always sort of a generalist -- never really elite at any one sport or discipline -- he fell in love with the diversity of skills that CrossFit demands and the fact that no matter how good you get, the sport scales to constantly challenge you in new ways. He really enjoys nerding out about the science of CrossFit -- movement mechanics, efficiency, workout strategy, and programming.
As he and Jen have moved and traveled so much, the local CrossFit gym has always been a fixture of their lives, where they've found community and have developed many of their closest friendships. He loves helping people who don't consider themselves "athletes" discover growth and progress and push the limits of their capabilities. When he's not in the gym, he's probably at his day job building technology products or chasing around the two tiny humans he helped create.

Haley was born and raised in Connecticut and recently moved out to Colorado for work.
Haley's parents started CrossFit when she was 10 years old after her neighbor opened a local box. There was no kids class at that time, and she vividly remembers going to the gym with her mom and watching on with envy. All Haley wanted was the chance to try it out. The kids class started up about a year later and she FINALLY got her chance… for about 3 months. At that point, that same neighbor asked her father if he would be interested in opening their own gym. CFW opened in February 2013 and that is when her CrossFit journey officially started.
Haley's coaching career started shortly after that. She started as an assistant kid's coach when she was only 13 due to an average 1:30 coach to kid ratio. She fell in love with coaching instantly, so much so that she was counting down the days until she could get the CrossFit L1. For her 17th birthday, all Haley asked for was the chance to get her L1 and start coaching the adult classes. She has been coaching ever since.
Outside of CF, Haley tries to stay as active as possible and loves being outside. She spends most of her free time with my dog Kilo exploring their new home. She loves new adventures and trying new things and is looking forward to all the adventures CO has to offer.

Rachael was born and raised in Sheridan, WY, where she played Varsity Soccer and Basketball. She went on to play NCAA Division 3 Soccer at Whitworth University in Spokane, WA, where she met her husband, Selby Hansen. They have been married for 22 years and have 3 sons. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching her boys play soccer, coaching, skiing in the Rocky Mountains, hiking the Colorado 14ers, playing outdoor games (really any game), listening to inspirational speakers, and paddle boarding.
Over the past 12 years, Rachael has coached club soccer at the Recreational and Competitive Levels. She enjoys teaching players the technical and tactical skills of the game, developing strong character and grit individually and as a team, and dream building with athletes about playing at the next level. Along this journey, Rachael was looking for an opportunity to become stronger and connected to a community of people pursuing greatness, and that's when she found CrossFit. Although at first, she wanted to quit because it pushed her past what she thought was possible, the people (coaches and members) came alongside her and helped her believe she could do it. The power of the team, surrounding yourself with a strong community and positivity, is something that everyone needs. The WODs have helped her become stronger physically and mentally.
Throughout her personal and professional background, Rachael kept asking the questions: How do I reach more people? How do I help others connect and find their potential? The dream started to build, doors started to open, and Reach4it CrossFit became a reality in the Fall of 2020. Yes, during the midst of a global pandemic, when people need community more than every before, she took a step of faith to establish a facility, build a team of coaches, a community, and open the doors to reach individuals, teens, adults, couples, and families who want to be encouraged and inspired to achieve their personal goals through fitness and sport.
